Easy dinner:Seared scallops
|Lots of scallops!|
- Heat up some butter and olive oil in a pan.
- Drain your defrost scallops,if you're using frozen ones.
- Use a kitchen towel to pat the scallops dry.If it's a bit wet,it won't sear well!
- Season with a little salt & pepper.
- Sear scallops in the pan until it's golden brown on both sides.
